Our Museum and Heritage Service promotes history and heritage by preserving and interpreting our collections for the public good.

We inspire learning by hosting exhibitions, events and community programmes.

Our aim is to ensure that it is an enjoyable experience for all.

Admission is free to all our museums.

From state of the art venues to arts partnerships and collaborations across sectors, the Borough also boasts over 150 arts groups and a range of annual festivals and community arts programmes.
