Class Timetable
We have been working on ways of improving our class booking system for customers.
We will continue to review this policy and make improvements were required.
Managing Class Bookings
Important Information
Ampitheatre has now introduced a traffic light system to assist in the management of class bookings.
What does this mean?
When you book your class/classes you must ensure that you check in on attending.
Failure to check in to a class (no show) or failure to cancel within the timescale will result in a strike.
Three strikes within a 30 day period will result in a 7 day booking suspension.
Checking In made easy, no need to queue
You will not be required to check in at reception. A number of Smart Tiles have been placed in each room to allow you to scan and 'check-in' prior to your class starting. A 'step-by-step' guide can be found beside each tile to help you with this. To use this method of checking in you must have your phone with you when attending your class and the MEActive App downloaded. |
Forgot your phone?
Don't worry, you can still check in at reception or use the KIOSK at reception using your membership card.
However, you will need to join the queue.
Cancelling a Class
We ask that you cancel a class 6hrs prior to the class starting.
Failure to cancel a class within this timeframe will result in a strike.
This timeframe will allow other customers plenty of time to book in and prepare.
Waiting List
Remember it is always worthwhile to join a waiting list even if you see high numbers.
As soon as a place becomes available everyone on the list will receive a notification via email.
Please cancel your place on the waiting list if you are not going to book.
We hope this approach will improve the availability of space, especially for the busy classes and would like to thank you for your cooperation.
We will continue to review this policy and make improvements were required.
