Gym
Our modern Gym includes a wide range of Pulse Fitness cardiovascular and resistance exercise equipment and a free weights area; and is staffed by qualified Fitness Instructors.
Users must be at least 16 years of age to access the Gym unless they have a Junior Gym Membership.
Casual Visits Gym Member
You can access the gym by paying for a casual visit which also covers use of the Swimming Pool and the Therma Spa.
However, all gym users MUST have an Induction on-site, regardless of previous experience in other facilities.
Inductions
An Induction lasts approximately 30-45 minutes where our Fitness Instructors will show you the equipment and facilities available in the Gymnasium and throughout the building.
This must be booked in advance either by speaking to staff in the gym, or calling Amphitheatre Reception on T: 028 9335 8342.
Spaces are limited and based on staff availability, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Once your Induction is over, you are entitled to stay and use the facilities as a normal casual visit.
