Spooktactular Hallowena returns to People’s Park!

People’s Park, Ballymena will host Hallowena - one of the scariest nights of the year - on Wednesday 30 October from 6pm – 8.30pm!

Organised by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, brave adventurers can look forward to a wide variety of spooky walkabout characters, breathtaking fire performers, live music from six-piece band Anthem, an illuminated tree walk with themed actors, DJ NI, food and drinks stalls, sensory play, kids craft workshop, a kids disco and fancy-dress competition!

The frightful festivities will conclude with a fabulous fireworks finale from 8.15pm.

Since relocating to People’s Park, the event has grown spectacularly and as a result there will be a cap on admission numbers to ensure everyone has a safe and comfortable night. The event is ticketed this year for the first time and a pre-booked ticket is required for ALL attendees - no matter what age.

Tickets for 12 years and under are free and for 13 years and above the charge is £2 plus booking fee per person.

With reduced capacity plus more content and entertainment all those attending are sure to have a spooktacular, fun-filled night!

Quiet Time (5.30pm to 6pm) tickets are also available, when sound and light installations are keep to minimum levels before the event ramps up at 6pm.

The People’s Park and Skatepark will be closed to all members of the public on Wednesday 30 October for safe set up. For the safety of all in attendance, dogs, alcohol or fireworks are not permitted in the park. Under 16s must have a responsible adult with them.

Halloween events will also be taking place in Carrickfergus and Larne.
