Performance Improvement Plan 2018 - 2019

We have identified the following performance improvement areas as the focus of the Performance Improvement Plan 2018 - 2019:

The specific actions and measures required to demonstrate performance improvement are based on the 5 themes within the Community Plan and the strategic priorities agreed by Council in the Corporate Plan 2015-2019 and are outlined in our Performance Improvement Plan 2018-2019 which is available for download below.

The final Performance Improvement Plan was agreed by Council on 4th June 2018, following an extensive 2-month consultation with the public and taking into account feedback received. The report on the consultation can be found here.
