T667 ICT SERVICES FOR Playpark Development 2025/26

Overview

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council is seeking to engage a competent and experienced Architect/Architectural Technologist led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) to develop three sites in relation to the Play Park Development Programme 2025/2026. This appointment is from RIBA stages 2-6.

This project includes three sites to have existing play parks refurbished.

• Moorfields Play Park McNeill Park, Moorfields, Ballymena BT42 3ED
• Greenisland Play Park 107 Knockleigh Dr, Greenisland, Carrickfergus BT38 8UY
