A single form is used selecting the desired application type at the top of the form.

• Full plans application
• Building Notice application
• Regularisations 

When making an application please ensure it is sent to the office who will be inspecting the work.

Property Certificate Application

Apply for a Property Certificate online

The form allows for application for a single postal address with regards to:

• A dwelling (inc. garden),
• Other residential (nursing home, hotel, guest house etc.)
• Commercial,
• Land only

Each use requires a separate application and fee. i.e:

• House and land (as above a reasonable garden for the dwelling) would require 2 applications.
• Lands that cannot be marked on a map using a single, continuous red line, may require more than one application.
